I am a former Social Worker; current Army service member, student, and athletic enthusiast; turned Entrepreneur.  My fitness journey began in 2011 and soon after that I was coaching in the land of CrossFit and mentoring other in nutrition.  I have a creative soul and use that to teach and empower others to be the best versions of themselves.
